The Magickal Home
The place where we live can be the most magickal of all, and often times we take it for granted and often forget about it as a magickal, sacred space.. In this workshop we will talk about moving into a new space, cleaning it, blessing it, protecting it, and setting up sacred space within. We will talk about the various rooms in the house, as well as the grounds around the house, and that which resides in the house, such as furniture, pets, plants, and of course, people! Participants will walk away with a simple herbal protection charm that they can place in their own homes.
Kirk White:
Mirth and Magick: Fools and Foolery in Pagan Ritual
In the Charge of the Goddess, we invoke "mirth and reverence" and yet too often we lean more to the "reverence" side - our rituals becoming rote, dirge-like affairs filled with rules about "proper ritual etiquette". Yet fools and humor have a long, powerful history across cultures worldwide. Join us as we explore the potential uses (and abuses) of Fools and humor in Pagan ritual.
Kirk White:
That Sweet Hoodoo You Do
Hoodoo conjurers and rootdoctors have a simple but effective "honey jar" spell that they use to sweeten people, situations, spirits and the Gods to bring them what they need. Come and learn how to do a honey jar spell and a little about this unique style of Appalachian folk magick.

Lions and TIgers and Bears, Oh My! What To Do IF You Get Lost In The Woods
This workshop for kids ages 6 and up ( If you wish your under-6 year old to participate you must accompany them.) is to help kids learn just what they can do to help adults find them if they get lost while camping , hiking, or playing in the woods. Some basic ideas on how to stay calm and safe, keep dry, and alert searchers to their location, will be presented. They will also learn how to ask a tree spirit to watch over them. Each child will be given a small kit they can carry when going into the woods that will have some basic supplies for coping if lost. Many kids don't get to spend much time in the woods therefore we will also be using this workshop to promote confidence, and increase kids' coping skills, along with teaching them not to be afraid in the woods. The workshop is free BUT PLEASE SEND YOUR CHILD TO THE WORKSHOP WITH A BOTTLE (preferably reusable) OF DRINKING WATER.

Healing WIth Help From The Flower Divas
Plant spirits not only want to communicate with us, they want to help
humans who need them more than ever in our spirit starved stressful
lives. Healing the aura, releasing emotional tension, correcting
energy imbalances, and becoming fully you is what accepting healing
from the flower divas will give you. This is so much more than
throwing some dried herbs in your bath water. We will be communing
with nature spirits & working with fresh flowers and plants. Plan to
get wet (third eye area, back of neck, wrists & hands). We will also
be creating a plant/flower based potion for healing and clearing the
land. BRING A BOTTLE to bring some home for your own land, yard,
garden or flower pots.
