Canaan Town Wide Yard Sale

A Sacred Place will be participating in the Canaan Town Wide Yard Sale on Saturday September 24 from 9 - 4. We are asking for donations of good quality household items that we can sell. We've had some damage from hurricane Irene and need funds to effect repairs.

If you wish to donate items please call Sue/Auntie Shema @ 603-523-4051 to make arrangements. We have a number of people around New Hampshire acting as drop off points or who can pick up larger items. This is the perfect time to clean out closets and storage areas before Fall arrives. Help reduce, recycle, and reuse.

A Sacred Place will be purchasing a spot on the Town Wide map with an event placard to post at the road to identify us. A Sacred Place is located on one of the main roads accessing Canaan with good visibility, plenty of parking, and set up space. We expect a very good turn out rain or shine. In addition to selling items we will be holding a Bake Sale and offering coffee and tea.

Don't live in Canaan but want to be part of the day? We'd love to post this as a Multi-Family Yard Sale. Space is available, for $10, to set up and sell your items. Call the number above for more information. Part of the rental proceeds will go to Mt. Cardigan Fish & Game who sponsor the days event.

If you don't care to sell, then come to shop, there are bound to be lots of bargains.
